| 1. Purpose |
| These provisions aim to describe Grandstar cargo and its users' rights, obligations, and responsibilities in using Internet related services offered at Grandstar cargo's Internet website (websites operated by Grandstar cargo, www.grandstarcargo.com.). |
2. Clarification and Revision of Provisions |

4. Member Registration |

2) Grandstar cargo will be equipped with a security system for protecting user information (including credit information), so that users can safely use the services.

7. Obligation of Users |
| Users should strictly obey these provisions and related laws and should not be allowed to do the following.
1) Provide false information in applying and using the service.
2) Violate intellectual property rights or other property rights.
3) Perform acts of violating or impeding the honor and privacy of Grandstar cargo and a third party.
4) Using Grandstar cargo website in a way of going against good public orders and morals.

| Grandstar cargo website and a related website are linked through a hyper-link. Grandstar cargo shall not be liable for the content of the related website. User shall take the responsibility independently of any commodity or service transaction offered by the related websites.

9. Reversion of Copyright and Limitation of Use |
| 1) Information such as characters, pictures, multimedia materials, and trademark and other intellectual property rights prepared by Grandstar cargo shall be reverted to Grandstar cargo.

10. Exemption of Grandstar Cargo |
| 1) Grandstar Cargo shall not hold liable for any damages incurred to user for reasons beyond the scope of Grandstar Cargo responsibility when using the service offered by Grandstar Cargo.
2) Grandstar Cargo shall not hold liable for service failure to the user in the event of service interruption arising from such force majeure event as natural disaster.
3) Grandstar Cargo shall not hold liable for any hindrance to the use of website as a result of user's own problems.

11. Dispute settlement |
| These provisions and any action of using this website should be applicable to the laws of People's Republic of China.
Any disputes should be resolved between two parties through consultation, otherwise will be settled by the local people's court.
These provisions shall be effectuated as of March 01, 2008. Grandstar Cargo has the right to explain and modify these provisions.
